There's a new column starting this month. “In the Lab” let us discover labs and facilities spread around our country. The protagonist of our first episode is the Experimental Imaging Center (EIC) of the San Raffaele Hospital. Carlo Tacchetti and the EIC researchers tell us the history of imaging and microscopy showing the optic, confocal, and electronic microscopy facilities, and the new prototypes developed by the Research & Development area of the EIC.
