The Proteomics & Metabolomics Unit invites applications for a technician to support research and development activities. The Unit is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and provides a comprehensive infrastructure for the identification, characterization, and quantification of proteins, metabolites, and lipids, supporting both internal and collaborative research activities.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing samples for proteomics (metabolomics and lipidomics if needed) analysis according to established and internal protocols.
• Maintenance of LC-MS/MS equipment, including maintenance operations: MS calibration, troubleshooting and mobile phases preparation.
• Perform LC-MS/MS analysis of proteomics samples.
• Post-acquisition data analysis with available softwares, including statistical analysis.
• New methods and protocols development (e.g Single Cell proteomics)
