A post-doctoral and PhD position are available starting from November 2015 in the newly established laboratory of Dr. Daniele Fachinetti, located at the Institut Curie, center of Paris, France. The Fachinetti laboratory is studying the molecular mechanisms that control accurate chromosome distribution and the role that mitotic errors play in human health and disease.

ICGEB offers competitive Postdoctoral Fellowships in the Life Sciences to highly motivated scientists wishing to pursue postdoctoral research in a world-class scientific environment. The Fellowships consist of a very competitive package including stipend, health insurance and additional benefits. The most successful fellows will also be eligible to apply for ICGEB Early Career Research Grants to support their own research programmes as young PIs upon return to an ICGEB Member State.

Three types of Short-term fellowships can be awarded, as follows: Short-term fellowships for Pre-doctoral or Postdoctoral studies in ICGEB Component laboratories Short-term fellowships for mobility between ICGEB Member States (SMART Fellowships).
