We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for a post-doctoral position to join our group at the Department of Biosciences, University of Milan, Italy.

The successful candidate will work on a funded project on the dissection of epigenetic and transcriptional changes occurring during breast cancer progression and metastasis formation.

The candidate will employ a combination of molecular, cellular and in vivo approaches to investigate the role of epigenetic factors in cancer progression towards metastasis.

The project will involve the use of molecular and cellular biology techniques, including chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP) and ChIP-seq, RNA-Seq and cancer mouse models.

The optimal candidate would have a PhD with a strong background in molecular or cellular biology, experience in gene expression, transcriptional regulation, cell biology, and biochemical assays. Highly motivated candidates at earlier stages of their scientific careers will also be considered.
