In recent decades, innovation in fields such as medicine, biology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare has experienced rapid and steady growth. However, there is a shortage of professionals capable of leading this progress by integrating scientific expertise, strategic vision, and managerial skills to effectively address the challenges and seize the unique opportunities in these areas.

Structure and Educational Objectives
Key topics for managing innovation will be explored, including intellectual property, leadership, sector regulations, and organizational dynamics. These subjects will be covered through both theoretical instruction and applied scenarios in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, digital technologies, and food/nutraceuticals. The program also includes a 300-hour internship.

The Master’s program, lasting one year, is structured around live online lectures conducted synchronously, two workshops, a 300-hour internship, and a final examination.
Specifically, the program includes four traditional teaching courses delivered through lectures and one alternative teaching course in the form of practical exercises.

The courses offered are as follows:
•Management of Innovation (12 ECTS, divided into 5 modules): Covers the legal, economic, and managerial principles underlying the protection and enhancement of innovation.
•Enabling Discoveries in Molecular Biology (4 ECTS): Focuses on technological advancements in biology.
•The Different Realms Where to Allocate Innovation (6 modules, totaling 20 ECTS): Explores the application fields of innovation, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, digital technologies, and food/nutraceuticals.
•Soft Skills (4 ECTS): Aims to enhance transversal skills, including communication techniques and methods.
•Group Project (6 ECTS): Conducted as an alternative teaching format (practical exercises) to develop a group project.
