The focus of the lab (www.donatilab.org) is to understand how transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms controlcell plasticity. This is achieved through the combination of bulkRNA-Seq, single cell RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, functional genomics such as pooled shRNA screening, histology and advanced genetic approachessuch as lineage tracing in vivo experiments.

-The candidatefor the postdoc positionmust be highly motivated, have at least a first author publication and a strong background in molecular biology. Computational skills, such as NGS data analysis with R, would be very advantageous. The ideal candidate should have less than two years post-doctoral experience.

-The candidate for the graduate position must be highly motivated and enthusiastic about molecular and cellular biology research. The ideal candidate should have recently obtained the Master degree on topics related to biotechnology, molecular biology or bioinformatics and have at least one-year lab experience.
