It is our pleasure to announce the “19th International Conference on Lymphatic Tissues and Germinal Centres in Immune Reactions (GCC)” which will take place this year in San Servolo Island, Venice (Italy) between September 14-17, 2017
The 19th GCC will celebrate the 50th anniversary of a very successful series of international conferences centered on the understanding of the basic mechanisms underlying the function of the adaptive immune system in health and disease. It brings together internationally recognized experts in fields ranging from basic and clinical immunology to vaccinology, rheumatology and oncology. Physicists, mathematicians and bioinformaticians have enriched in the past years the crowd of excellent scientists attending the meeting. The interdisciplinary setting of the meeting combined with the informal atmosphere and the ambitious scientific program have represented key factors for the success of the previous editions of the GCC series.
This year the event will be organized on the island of San Servolo, an exclusive location within the Venice lagoon, at few minutes of taxi-boat from the San Marco Square. Registrants to the meeting will be hosted on the island, ensuring a close and continuous interaction, which has been the secret of the success of the past events.
